YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT: P.E. PART🍎🍎

THIS IS MY DIET OF ONE ENTIRE DAY:
BREAKFAST: 
I had milk with chocolate and cookies for breakfast.
MID-MORNING
I ate a ham sandwich in the school break.
LUNCH: 
I ate rice with mushrooms(rissotto).
SNACK:
I ate a banana and a nocilla sandwich.
DINNER:
I had an omelet with chorizo for dinner.
CONCLUSION: I think this meal for a day is good; maybe I could include some fish like cod or meat like chicken in the lunch or in the dinner, because there aren´t so many proteins. I could include more fruit and vegetables because they have a lot of vitamins, and this diet needs vitamins, but I think it´s OK. I could add one piece in the breakfast (or some type of juice), other in the lunch and other in the dinner, so it could be a better diet. maybe I could change the nocilla sandwich in the snack for another healthier food.

    I think that your work is incomplete, because you don't explain what kind of meat or fish you would include in your diet and what would be the foods in your diet that you would substitute for them.In addition, you must include 3-4 pieces of fruit in your diet (you don't talk about this).

    Complete your work, please!
