HEALTHY BREAKFAST

 Ingredients:
1.     1. Strawberry and banana smoothie:
·     Strawberries
·     Banana
·     Milk
·     Honey
2.     2.MIni apple fruit salad :
·     Apple
·     Orange juice
·     Pipes
3.     3. Ham and tomato toast:
·        Grain bread
·     Ham
·     Olive oil ´Virgen Extra`
·     Tomato

  1. Be careful. Whole grain bread rather than integral bread. Excellent work. Go on like this.
