• The program music is the music that makes ideas and images in the mind of the listener, representing musically a scene, image or state of mind.

VIVALDI

Vivaldi was a composer and violinist. His mastery is reflected in having extended the genre of the concert, the most important in his era. He composed about 770 works, of which are counted more than 400 concerts and about 46 operas. It is especially known, at popular level, for being the author of the series of concerts for violin and orchestra "The Four seasons".
